Ignite Brand Group’s strategic lead and head copywriter, Erin Kim draws on her passions for health and creative writing in her work, which also includes designing research surveys, drafting creative briefs, delivering client presentations, naming brands, and building identity architecture.

 

An attorney with a J.D. from New York University School of Law, Erin not only oversees Ignite’s legal affairs, but also applies the analytical mode of thought she developed during her legal studies to develop and polish client brands and messaging. She collaborates with Director of Visual Design Wayne Hwang to ensure that all design elements reflect each client’s evolving brand and with Director of Client Relations Colin Murphy to keep Ignite’s own sales and marketing strategy on point.

 

Erin earned a B.A. in human biology with a concentration in global health from Stanford University. Her minor in creative writing included a tutorial at Oxford University. For several years she has been an Assistant Editor for Narrative Magazine, the acclaimed digital literary publication.

 

Her professional and educational backgrounds complement Ignite’s focus on helping healthcare industry clients discover and refine their identities. “Branding is all about using language to influence perception and behavior,” says Erin. “We get to help providers reach the patients who need their care.”
